Founded in 2017, iBuild is a full-service residential remodeling firm located in Montgomery County, Maryland. We work closely with architects, designers, and you, the homeowner, to ensure that we meet and often exceed your expectations.

We carefully work with our customers to satisfy their tastes and lifestyles. We do this by listening to our customer’s desires, understanding their budgets, then working hand-in-hand with the architects and designers of our customer’s choosing or through a highly talented team of architects and designers that we can bring into the project.
Regardless of the approach taken, we work tirelessly to reduce cost without sacrificing quality to provide the best possible value to the customers we serve.

Unlike most builders that price projects based on generalized information, iBuild offers detailed pricing breakdowns that allow our customers to make their choices based on sound information.
Once a project begins, we provide homeowners with weekly progress emails accompanied by photographs when appropriate, regardless of whether customers are in-town or out-of-town. If unexpected issues arise, we address them openly and without delay. In essence, iBuild works hard to provide customers with understanding and peace-of-mind before, during, and after their building project.
Experience
President Jason Dixey is a licensed contractor in California, Massachusetts, Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia. He has over 25 years of experience in the remodeling/custom home industry.
He grew up on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where he worked summers as a construction laborer. He quickly moved on to becoming a carpenter, and spent most of his 20’s building new homes from the ground up. His passion for architecture and the building process is what started iBuild.
